The goal of the bread share is to produce fresh, organic bread at an affordable price, reduce waste, and develop a community of people to support that goal.

The bread share emulates the CSA (community supported agriculture) model, redefining the relationship between producer and customer. Customers, by purchasing a bread share get a better price for their bread, and are assured that exactly what they want is ready, fresh, just for them. Melissa and I, as well as the bakery, benefit in many ways, from the income that we can count on, and knowing exactly what to make, to the many friendships we have made, and the great ideas you all have.

Here is the breakdown of how it works:

• Members pay, up front, for 52 loaves of bread at a 25% discount, and receive them, one per week, for an entire year.
• The Bread Share annual renewal date is September 21st and costs $200 per year.
• You can join the bread share program at any time; we will pro-rate the price for each week until the next annual renewal.
• Pick-up is on Thursdays from 12-6.
• You can change what you receive in your share throughout the year, as many times as you like.
• If you forget to pick up your share, it is donated.
• Shares are limited.
